Our Pledge:

     1. To provide a year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first) of conventional machine-wide warranty,free of artificial life-long warranty.

     2.The provision of the pre-room design, drawings, programs and so on, sale after sale in the transportation , installation ,commissioning services.

     3. In the urban area of the fault response time of 30 minutes, 2 hours to the scene , not the suburbs more than 4 hours , outside the provincial city of no more than 48 hours.

     4.Inspection services. From time to time to provide customers with inspec-tion services , failure to resolve ahead of time.

     5. Training services: to provide hands-on training unit , the unit’s general maintenance and troubleshooting.

     6. At any time within 24 hours to provide advice and product sales, repair and maintenance services.
